SB 707 (Kehoe) – A bill to (1) provide for reimbursement in the case of closure due to natural disaster, (2) establish minimum participation requirements for before-school programs, (3) redefine minimum operating hours for after-school programs, (4) permit grantees to transfer funds between program sites, and (5) clarify that administrative allotments need not be earned through pupil attendance.

SB 854 (Ashburn) – A bill to increase funding formulas for 21st Century Community Learning Centers programs and establish the Advisory Committee on Before and After School Programs
