This guidebook will highlight between 12 and 18 case studies across the state, representing a wide variety of partnership models. If your agency is engaged is such a partnership, and would like to be considered for participation in this project, please complete this brief nomination form and submit it to Denise Wells by email at dwells@AfterSchoolLeague.org or by fax at 619-342-7568 by next Friday, November 7, 2008.
Representatives of selected partnerships will be asked to engage in up to two 45-60 minute interviews (by phone or in person) and, when applicable, provide sample tools, forms or other resource materials for inclusion in the guidebook for dissemination to the field. Some of the representatives may be provided the opportunity to share information about their partnership model at the 2009 BOOST Conference in Palm Springs.
This guidebook will be disseminated nationally and represents an outstanding opportunity to showcase your program to key stakeholders across the country. Don't miss out on the chance to be recognized as a leader in the field of after-school.
Yours in Partnership,
Steven Amick
