Governor Signs AB 346 (Conway)

Dear Colleagues,
 
Today, Governor Schwarzenegger signed AB 346 (Conway), which exempts staff that have been fingerprint cleared by the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation from additionally obtaining an Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate through the Commission of Teacher Credentialing, as required with AB 1025 (Conway).
